The Lucky Skull keychain is a collectible piece of pocket art that's designed with a purpose. We currently offer the Lucky Skull in 3 color options and they are approximetly 1" in diameter. Check out the links below to see more details of each.
Bone White Skull Keychain: This off-white version is the more traditional color representing the natural color of the human skull.
Black Onyx Skull Keychain: We wanted to offer some other color options to the lineup. The black onyx material worked great so we added this product and it has been well recieved for those that wanted something a little different.
Crystal Skull Keychain: The clear version is our own version of the "crystal skulls" and it has also turned out to be a very popular item.

Lucky Skull mirror hanger
The Lucky Skull mirror hanger is a larger version of the keychain. It is approximately 1.5" and is designed to be hung from your rearview mirror of your car. We attach a 1.5" snake chain and it is attached to a lobster clasp that will hang on any type of cordage or s-biner type of clasp (not included) that is commonly used for mirror hanging applications.
The mirror hangers are available in the same colors as the keychain versions. These are approximatley 1.5" in diameter compared to the 1" keychain version.

The Skull Symbol. This is where we explain why we use the skull symbol and call it "Lucky Skull". Most people perceive the skull as a dark, stark reminder of death, a sign of danger or even evil. We have flipped that meaning around and put a positive twist on this iconic symbol and it's meaning.
We are striving to give this symbol a positive image and want people to look at it as a reminder of life and not death. The ancient phrase of "Memento mori" which means "remember that we all will die," was used to remind people of death. We wanted to look at things in a more positive way and say we "must live life to the fullest everyday". We all will meet the fate of death one day, but as we go through our everday lives we want people to be reminded to get the most of everyday and live life to the max.
To spread this message, we wanted to make a product that people will see and interact with almost everyday. Our solution was based on the concept of the old-school "lucky rabbits foot," which was attached to a keychain. We combined these two concepts and came up with the lucky skull keychain.
We spent many hours developing the right style of skull we wanted to represent this idea. Our skull is not a cheap, mass produced product from overseas. We designed, developed and created the lucky skull from start to finish. We produce low volume runs right here in the U.S.A.

The Lucky Skull Brand. The Lucky Skull brand was created out of the interest of the skull symbol and it's meaning throughout history and across many cultures.
This fascination with the skull's symbolism then developed into the concept of creating a positive message with the skull symbol. Our message that we wanted to spread using the skull symbol was that "we must strive to get the most out of life, everyday".
Our message is not just another "Carpe diem" approach. This idea is not just for those with ambitions to conquer the world. We want to remind people that they can maximize their daily life with the little things too. We want to encourage people to live life with more meaning and purpose. It might be as simple as being a better person, a better spouse, parent, child or friend. The little things make a big difference in enriching one's life.
With shorter attention spans and distractions from all angles, we as humans have a tendancy to forget about a lot of the little details in life. Too often, living a fulfilled, satisfied life get's lost in the chaos of today's world.
